Tucked away in the foothills of the Alpujarra Mountains, this retreat is designed for anyone who is looking for an insight into better movement. Led by the expert coaches, Rebeca Montero and Sharon Iacono.

This retreat is to make you conscious about how to stimulate and connect the whole body to achieve your maximum potential and aims to give you a brand new set of foundations to make everything that you do in your life more sustainable, enjoyable with a holistic approach to your health. Listening to your body is encouraged and supported whole-heartedly by your coaches.

Daily Itinerary

8am | Morning Movement Class with Sharon

9:30am | Breakfast.

1pm | Light, buffet-style lunch.

5pm | Mini Workshops with Rebeca

7pm | Dinner.

The Movement Practices will be roughly 60 - 90 minutes each.

The rest of the day is yours to enjoy the beautiful surroundings either relaxing by the pool or exploring the local village and countryside. There is also the option to add activities which you can find at the bottom of the page.

We will have a guided walk midweek which will be decided dependant on the group. This will be a chance to get out in nature and put everything we have learned into practice while enjoying the breathtaking scenery of the Spanish mountains.

** No practice on the day of the walk - a mobility warm up before and light stretch after instead.

** No practice on the last evening (Friday) as we all go out for a late lunch.
